It's hard to believe it was a year ago today that you came into our lives. We are so thankful that God gave you to us, it is a privilege to be your parents. I couldn't imagine a better or more rewarding job than raising you...you have brought so much joy into our lives already. We can't wait to watch you grow!!

Wild Walker!

Yesterday Livi took her first steps. It was so exciting! We had spent the morning at MOPS and ran a few errands after that. I have been practicing with her for days, weeks even! And then, there she was, doing it!She laughed. It was so cute. Three whole steps, then four more. Of course, once I ran and got the camera she quit and hasn't taken any since! I managed to get one quick step and then a fall on film so at least Brian could see. We'll keep trying!

**The picture above is just minutes before she walked. That cone is one of her favorite toys. It's rubber and she can gnaw on it all day. Hopefully it's not laced with lead or anything...

Birthday Trifecta!

Happy Birthday Dad! I love you and am so thankful for you. I wish I could be there to celebrate but since I'm not just know I am thinking of you and want you to know there couldn't be a better dad for this daughter. There aren't enough words to express...You are the best!!





Happy Birthday Jen! You are an awesome friend and sister. Thank you for being real with me and for being such an example to me of what a wife and mother should be. Your strength, sticktoitiveness and sense of humor are qualities I admire so much about you. I wish we were together today, doin' it up at the spa!!(ahhhh..those were the days!) I love you!
