Happy Birthday to my niece Chloe and a belated one to my nephew Kyle! Both teenagers, I can't believe it!

Weekend Fun!

On Saturday we walked in the March of Dimes "March for Babies", thank you so much to everybody who supported me in this - I was the top fundraiser for my MOMS Club team! It was a great way to support a worthy cause. Olivia wasn't such a happy camper, but she pushed through and we made it the whole 6 miles!

This was pre-meltdown...funny how before you have children you picture these lovely walks with your husband and children, him pushing, you gazing at the scenery around you. Oh we were so not this family that day, but I was determined to finish!!

Sunday, I was feeling a little stir crazy and hadn't left Yakima for a few months, so we hopped in the car and went to North Bend. There's a good outlet mall there (holla!) and we visited Snoqualmie Falls. It is a site to see - twice as tall as Niagra Falls! We had a fun day as a family, we needed it!



The Falls! There's a beautiful Lodge and Spa overlooking, we got a brochure and I gave Brian lots of hints (wink! wink!)



My husband has lost about 15 pounds and beginning Week 3 of bootcamp. You're almost halfway done Brian and lookin' so good (his pants are saggin'!). I'm so proud of you!!

Seven Months

Livi is seven months old today. She is becoming a very independent, determined little girl. She wants to do everything herself and is very vocal about it! She is sitting up without help now and loves to play with her toys. We can't get her to sit still very often but we can still get the occasional 10 second cuddle!

Happy Birthday Brian!!

Today is my hubby's 30th birthday - he's growing up!! Funny that he shares the day with the Earth, if you know him well you know why that is so ironic. I could list 30,000 reasons why I love him and am so honored to be his wife, but I'll keep it simple and say, Brian thank you for being my husband, best friend and an amazing dad to our daughter. We love you so much and celebrate you today!! Welcome to your 30s!

Bootcamp! Highchair!

I am so proud of Brian, he started a bootcamp today. Our neighbor, Karin is a personal trainer, starting this as a business, so she recruited some of the men in the 'hood to brave 5:30am with her. I tried to talk him into letting me take a "before" picture this morning so I could post it here, but no such luck! He seemed a little sore when he came home for lunch, but said he felt ok. It's four times a week for six weeks, so I'll keep you all posted. GO BRIAN!!!
